Dealing with panic attacks can be quite stressful. Panic attacks are more often triggered when you are stressed out by getting into things which are scary and depressing. Coping with panic attacks is not so hard. All you have to be is determined enough to face your fears. 

There are many ways to deal with panic attacks. The first step to do or follow is to understand and realize the symptoms of the attack. You have to know one thing that is panic attacks is not hazardous to health. There are remedies to cure them completely.

Understanding this would help them calm down. Many people who experience panic attack develops this feeling that something tragic are going to happen. Primarily get rid of this feeling.

Many times we usually tend to imagine ourselves getting into impending disasters which will just lead to anxiousness and depression. Anxiousness would result in triggering panic attack. It is important to remain positive at any predicament. This would help to keep you focused and avoid having a panic attack.

When you are experiencing a panic attack always remember that it is not harmful and also that it will get over soon. This would help you to avoid losing control. Focus on your breathing and take in fair amount of air in then gradually release it. Instead of focusing on the panic it is better to focus on other things which might distract you. This would help you to keep your calm.

If you feel that boarding a bus would trigger a panic attack then instead of focusing on the bus you should try to fight the fear and be relaxed. You should not consider any specific factor like place or thing which would cause a panic attack. This is negative thinking. When you consider such factors and if you come across such factors then it would just give you more reasons to panic. Avoiding such situations doesn’t help the person either. In case you encounter such situation then it is always recommended to think about something else and keep yourself distracted.

It is advisable to share your emotions with other people. If you are anxious about something then it is better to seek advice from wise and elderly people. Taking up a hobby class helps to take your mind off from thinking negatively and also to relax. Try to block those narcissist thoughts which would trigger panic or anxiety. Always keep a positive frame of mind.

Learn some breathing exercises. Deep breathing would work wonders to keep panic attack under control. Try to take a walk in the garden or a lawn for fresh air. Meet more people and socialize. If you are exhausted or feeling sick or dizzy take a warm hot bath. This would definitely try to relax. You can listen to some soothing music to calm your horsing thoughts. It is not always recommended to cling on to anti depressant pills as some tend to leave withdrawal symptoms but in case if it is advised by your doctor only then you should go ahead with that.
